Order & Shipping

Can I track my order?

Yes, absolutely! Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. This will allow you to monitor the journey of your PlayFaire treasures right up to your doorstep.

Do you offer International Shipping?

No. Currently PlayFaire services UK shoppers only.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For orders placed before 2 pm, we offer next-day delivery. For all other orders made Monday to Friday, we aim to deliver within 1-2 days. We understand how eager you are to receive your PlayFaire treasures, and we always do our best to ensure they reach you promptly.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs vary based on the weight and dimensions of the products ordered as well as the destination. To get an accurate estimate, simply add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Before payment, you'll see a breakdown of the shipping charges applicable to your order.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Can I edit or cancel my order after it's been placed?

We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order. If you need to edit or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. While we'll do our best to accommodate your request, please note that once an order has been dispatched, we can't make changes or cancel it. In such cases, you can always return the product based on our returns policy.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the returns policy?

At PlayFaire, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. If for any reason you're not delighted with your purchase for free, you can return it within 90 days of receiving the item, provided it's unused and in its original packaging. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the product you want is out of stock, we'll offer a refund or store credit, whichever you prefer.

How do I return an item?

Returning a product with PlayFaire is a breeze. Inside every delivered order, you'll find a returns label. Should you decide to make a return, simply re-box the item in its original condition and affix the provided returns label over the old one, then pop down to your local post office to initiate the return to PlayFaire HQ. No extra steps or costs; we've made the process as straightforward as possible for you.

I received a damaged/incorrect product. What should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. If you receive a damaged item or an item you didn't order, please contact our customer service immediately. Provide details and, if possible, photos of the damaged/incorrect item. We'll arrange for a replacement to be sent out or issue a refund, based on your preference.
